  • My only regret about purchasing this leash is ….that I didn’t do it sooner. It is absolutely great. We have a one year old, 110 pound + German Shepherd who is a bit of a puller! This leash gives me control in the best way possible as I don’t feel like I’m tugging at his neck when using the loop closest to his body. I feel more confident having him close to me but also have the opportunity to give him more freedom by using the full 6’ length. It’s better than a prong collar any day ! I also LOVE the reflective strips - see how visable it is in the photo where I hold it up, our dog is so well seen as a result ! Great for walking him in these dark winter nights. Lastly I love its cool orange color and love the fact that it’s light weight and yet it’s still strong and sturdy! GREAT product, which I highly recommend!

How do I find the right size for my dog?

We have a detailed sizing guide on each product page! Measure your dog's chest girth and neck circumference, then match to our chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

What's your return policy?

30 days. If it doesn't fit or your dog won't wear it, send it back for a refund or swap. Keep the original packaging and don't let them chew it first.

How long does shipping take?

All products in our store are shipped from the USA.

We will fulfill your order within 3-5 business days and ship it out as fast as we can. Once the order leaves our facility delivery will be 6-10 business days.

We can’t guarantee order changes or cancellations after an order has been placed but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are your products safe and durable?

Yes. Rip-stop fabrics, reinforced stitching, padded where it matters. All materials are pet-safe. These aren't costume accessories — they're built to get dirty.

Can I wash the harnesses and carriers?

Most of them, yes – gentle cycle – each product includes care instructions
