How do I find the right size for my dog?

We have a detailed sizing guide on each product page! Measure your dog's chest girth and neck circumference, then match to our chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

What's your return policy?

30 days. If it doesn't fit or your dog won't wear it, send it back for a refund or swap. Keep the original packaging and don't let them chew it first.

How long does shipping take?

All products in our store are shipped from the USA.

We will fulfill your order within 3-5 business days and ship it out as fast as we can. Once the order leaves our facility delivery will be 6-10 business days.

We can’t guarantee order changes or cancellations after an order has been placed but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are your products safe and durable?

Yes. Rip-stop fabrics, reinforced stitching, padded where it matters. All materials are pet-safe. These aren't costume accessories — they're built to get dirty.

Can I wash the harnesses and carriers?

Most of them, yes – gentle cycle – each product includes care instructions

Do you ship internationally?
